UsedLaptops.Com, Inc. has been providing quality used laptop computers for over 12 years. We have been selling laptops online since the early days of ecommerce. We moved out of our initial start-up facility in 1999, incorporated, and moved to our current facility in Silicon Valley. Since our founding, UsedLaptops.com has sold over 25,000 laptops to consumers and companies. UsedLaptops.com is dedicated to providing quality products with exceptional service at the lowest possible price.

1. We include an Operating System (OS). Many used laptop sellers do not include the OS, so be sure to check. Loading an OS a laptop can be time consuming and challenging for those not familiar with where all the drivers and appropriate files need to be located. Not only is it a challenge, but it can be an expensive additional expense.
2. We specialize in used laptops and have been doing so since March 1996. Our first laptop site went live on the Internet in July 1996. We know laptops and can answer your laptop questions. Our company name, UsedLaptops.com, Inc. and our URL www.usedlaptops.com says it all.
3. We answer our phones and respond to e-mails. Call and one of us will actually answer the phone, often on the first ring. Technical support calls get the same type of quick response.
4. We test, test and test the laptops. We test the laptops when we receive them, we test them again after we refurbish them and we test them prior to shipment.
5. Our site is easy to navigate and kept current. Every laptop on the site is in stock and can be purchased. We typically ship the same day your order is processed. You will receive the tracking number either before the close of business or first thing the following morning.

Secure Ordering:

When you place your on-line order with us it is transmitted to us via a secure socket layer (SSL). This means your credit card information is protected and safe when it is sent to us. This probably is the most secure way of using your credit card. Actually, this is even more secure than giving out your credit card number over telephone, email, or in person.

There are security measures included on the secure server where your credit card number is stored by our Internet Hosting Company. Your personal, confidential information is stored on a secure server that is not connected to the internet and will be deleted from the server as soon as the transaction is completed. Finally, your credit card information is encrypted for added security. We also take extra precautions at our facility. Your order information is in a file cabinet that is locked every night.
