 I just wanted to drop a note telling you how thoroughly thrilled I am with the machine I bought from you. It's been the most reliable and least contrary computer I've ever used. A year or two ago my family bought a (fairly expensive) Dell desktop computer, and we've had seemingly endless troubles with it. This old, used Pentium II that I bought from you folks runs far far better than [our] Dell.
