We moved out of our initial start-up facility in 1999, incorporated, and moved to our current facility in Silicon Valley.   1. We include an Operating System (OS). Many used laptop sellers do not include the OS, so be sure to check. Loading an OS a laptop can be time consuming and challenging for those not familiar with where all the drivers and appropriate files need to be located. Not only is it a challenge, but it can be an expensive additional expense.

When you place your on-line order with us it is transmitted to us via a secure socket layer (SSL). This means your credit card information is protected and safe when it is sent to us. This probably is the most secure way of using your credit card. Actually, this is even more secure than giving out your credit card number over telephone, email, or in person.

There are security measures included on the secure server where your credit card number is stored by our Internet Hosting Company. Your personal, confidential information is stored on a secure server that is not connected to the internet and will be deleted from the server as soon as the transaction is completed. Finally, your credit card information is encrypted for added security. We also take extra precautions at our facility. Your order information is in a file cabinet that is locked every night.
