Warranty and Repairs:

Please visit our Warranty Page to get detailed information regarding our warranty and return policy. If Warranty service is required, UsedLaptops.Com will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. You must ship the products back to UsedLaptops.Com in the original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. UsedLaptops.Com will ship the repaired or replacement products to you freight prepaid if you use an address in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. possessions). Shipments to other locations will be made freight collect. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at his/her expense. All returned goods will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. NOTE: Before you ship the products to UsedLaptops.Com, back up the data on the hard-disk drives and any other storage devices in the product as data loss is not covered under this Warranty. Remove any media, such as diskettes, CDs or PC Cards. If you have any questions, call UsedLaptops.Com for technical assistance.
